DY Virtual yoga classes give me the normalcy I crave, the instruction I need to maintain my balance and core strength, given by competent and caring instructors all in my own home.nnIn 2018 I went on the DY yoga retreat in Santorini- one of the most beautiful places on earth. From the catamaran sail around the island, to relaxing on a beach bed on the Black Sand Beach, to strolling the cobblestone streets of small towns, to meditation and yoga in our boutique hotel above the deep blue water of the Mediterranean- the vacation was thoughtfully planned and executed by Dimitra with plenty of spare time for individual adventures. One of my most treasured memories.

This is a beautiful studio, a great community of yogis and instructors. Classes of different levels offered, from beginner / gentle to heated power flow. Every time I leave the studio, I feel stronger in my body and clearer in my mind. Dimitra also offers yoga teacher training and yoga adventures.
