I’ve been here few times and never had an experience like today. I went in with my family and from when I entered the door I was harassed bc my son who is well below 12 didn’t have a mask. Supposedly 2 and over needed a mask is their store policy. Okay no problem, I had extras and put one on him. I continue to look in the store and about 5 mins later I over hear somebody say this lady over here? Right away an employee is starring at me. I turn to look at him and he ask if I needed something. I told him I was js looking and was fine. He followed me through out the store. I got the hint that I wasn’t welcomed so I decided to just leave. As I get to the exit, I over hear the lady at the door say she coming up.nAll I did was walk in the store and I was already being harassed and the only reason I can think why is because the color of my skin. Nobody else in the store seemed to have employees all around them and when I’ve been before that’s never happened to me.
Wonderful Wonderful customer service! The store was well stocked and very neat. They followed the co-VID-19 rules to a T very professional store. Will definitely return when in the area again.
I personally love Ralph Lauren. While the store had a great stock, the workers were very unpleasant.
Entrance to the store is metered so it feels safe and not crowded.
Great Outlet store. Have found many bargains over the years here. My wife loves the gifts I buy her here. Just went shopping here the day after Black Friday and bought a fabulous $400 suit for $199.
