Andre, our sales person, at the Rehoboth Adidas Outlet was wonderfully helpful today seeking out the size that we needed and he was successful. He went above and beyond, in our opinion, eventually bringing out a ladder to search above the racks where he found the size we needed. Very impressed with his persistence and how polite the young man was even though the sales people don't get commission there.

Make sure you check the price tags twice in this locationnWe bought a pair of cleats thinkingnIt was 40% off . We later discovered there was another tag inside which was $60 lower than What we paid for.nWe went back to get our money back. We were just expecting An apology and a refund until came the shift manager from hell.nWe had to fight to get our refund. The female manager on duty gave us all kind of annoying vibes which .nmade us feel very uncomfortable .nnShe mumbled a few times .n,no apologies, no eye contact And very reluctantly gave us the difference.nIt was not a hand out lady. It is the Law that you sell the product for the sticker price .nnTo Top that There were 4 associates who could not calculate 40% off pricenAnd keep telling us you got a deal man ! Excuse me !!!nA rude manager with poor customer service skills and attitude and inept associates.nHorrible experience at this locationnOn my otherwise leisurely week end sojourn.nNote to Higher Management -nThis should not Be allowed to happen to such a highly regarded brand. You need to train your associates better.nVery disappointed.

Went shopping after vacation on 08/20, store was not busy mainly customers walking around. What I did notice is only one employee offering to help customers on the floor. There were three employees by the front entrance talking and behind the register. I decided to keep looking to get shoes for myself and children. I ended up with 7 boxes of shoes and not once did any employee offer to help me or even carry a box to the register. Even when I got to the register no one asked how my shopping experience was, yet they were focused on talking to their colleague. Needless to say the customer service was very poor. I even watched 2 employees watch me carry my items and did not offer any assistance.

Prices are good but sizes are tough to find. Many XS Adult in men section and Mediums. Not too many XLG. Limited on size 10- 11 1/2 in shoe sizes for men also. Military discount is big plus.
