i was just at the Rehoboth location (at the tanger outlets) at about 1:30. The girl working at the front made me and my friend uncomfortable by rolling her eyes at us while we waited to come in. When we got inside the store, she greeted us with the most sarcastic tone i’ve ever heard from a store employee anywhere. Her attitude was honestly embarrassing. When browsing items, she laughed at me when i told my friend that i had one of the wallets on display. When we left, once again, she told us “have a super pleasant wonderful day” with strong sarcasm and attitude. I am disgusted in the way she spoke to me and my friend while shopping. There were two employees working at the time, one male, one female. The girl who was 100% unwelcoming and had poor customer service had brown hair and glasses. I just can’t believe the way she spoke to me . I am in shock.
I usually love coming into the store but today Saturday March 30th around noon my children and I had to leave without purchasing anything because of the conversation the young cashier thought would be appropriate, I'm not one to complain but I do not feel it is appropriate to speak so loudly about getting drunk on tequila I understand young kids don't think before speaking but she needs to be retained on customer service and speak with her about her inappropriate behavior and language
