You won’t find a better car care team than Meineke in Lewes, Delaware. I live in New York City and trust any/all of my automotive needs to Angie and the team behind her. Aside from their warm welcoming smile, amazing approach to customer service, knowledgeable expertise, the team is fast and trustworthy! This team really understands the value in “building relationships” with their customers.

I went in for an inspection. I knew the exhaust had a leak so while I was there I wanted to know if there were any other issues with the vehicle.nnThey are honest and trustworthy. Upfront with inspection details and didn’t try to up sale services.nnThey repaired the exhaust, told me what else I needed to repair and gave me a copy of the inspection listing recommendations. I am very pleased with the staff, service and customer service.nnI will definitely use them again!

There was a problem with my exhaust system.nThe representative at Meinecke said my total exhaust system would be checked so that I would be informed on the functionality of all systems components and what needed repairnHe then suggested and explained what he thought would be the best and most economical repair of my vehiclenWhen I returned to pick up my car, I asked if he would take a quick look at our other vehicle’s E-PS reservoir. He did and noticed it was a little low and added some fluid as a courtesy.nCortney - That is what I call total attention to customer satisfaction.

Been going there 4 years (rt.1 N just north of Nassau bridge). Great customer care. Friendly and helpful. Comfortable furniture in spacious sitting/waiting area with TV, reading material, and complimentary beverages (coffee for sure and might be other idk). If any unexpected issues are found, they will first explain the issue, show you the issue when possible, and then accept your yes please or no thanks decision to do the extra work or not. They get you in and out with quality work. Highly recommend.
