Craig meet me outside for our first appointment. We walked around while I explained my needs for a truck. He quickly got the keys and was very thorough in explaining details of the vehicles. Due to my situation with a disabled parent, he worked it out for me to take the vehicle home overnight to see if it would work for my mom and pet. Upon returning with my mom the next afternoon, I explained if he could work the price I needed I would purchase which he did and I did,. He was very caring and thoughtful with my mom throughout the process, assisting where needed. He suggested to go for lunch while he took care of the process so we didn't need to sit around for hours, which was great for my mom. Before leaving he hopped in the rear seat and explained all the details of the vehicle which he allowed me to video for future use with towing etc. This by far is the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had.
I said last time I would use this place again, and we did!! Still impressed!! Gabbie made it happen. But I have to give the biggest shout out to CONNER . He went above and beyond for my son. He drove his new car 45 miles away, at 8 pm waited for him to get off work, drove back his trade. What was amazing was there was no intentions for my sons work to run late and couldn’t get off until 11. But papers were flying and the deal closed !! Connor you need the biggest shout out for your patience and professionalism. And your VERY educated and know your cars!!
Great professionalism from salesman Craig Wylie, I would recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to ask for him specifically. His product knowledge and customer service were outstanding. Ask for Craig and he will take good care of you.
Up front pricing. Gabby (Salesperson) went out of her way to make sure sale was completed to my satisfaction. After sale was complete she made sure I knew all the features of the car.
