Hatch employees were very professional and friendly. They got us into a truck like we intended and didn't try to sell us something else. When the first finance option didn't work, they went above and beyond to get us into something better with a better payment and interest rate. They were patient and made us feel welcome each time we were there. I would highly recommend Hatch Toyota when looking to purchase a vehicle. Sam, Tyler and the rest of the staff who helped us are awesome and we definitely won't buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Hatch Toyota this last weekend. The guys there took such good care of me and really gave me the royal treatment. Everyone was so friendly and I never felt any pressure from any of them. It was so refreshing. All I felt from the guys was excitement for me and my new truck... even the guy in finance! I love my new car and know for a fact that I got the best deal at Hatch. I live in Mesa but it was worth the drive to Show Low to shop at Hatch. I will never buy another car from any other dealership and neither should you! THANK YOU!

The dealership was top notch. Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Timely efficient and very reasonable with the deal!! Issac and Tyler renewed my faith in the human race. Issac was pleasant and helpful, Tyler went the extra mile to find ways to lower my interest rate and payments. I was blown away with way better than expected results, for me that is saying a lot. I will be a return customer for sure

When no one... I mean no one would even bother helping my husband in the valley... it took him finding you and you just wouldn’t stop until you found him one.
