Unique disc golf course in the center of Cape Henlopen State Park, have played it now twice. It's wide open enough for people of all skill levels, and is well maintained. Red, White and Black tee boxes, some actually 400+ feet long, winding through the dunes and pine trees. You'll get some sun if you do all 18 (actually 19) in the summer, so plan accordingly!

one of my favorite places to play disc golf. Its challenging in the tree thicket and can be very hot in the open sandy areas, but the mix between woods and beach makes it the best of both world!

Played this fun little course a few times during my vacation. It’s unique in that the majority of the course is sand. Small elevation changes and fairly wooded. Its actually an old frisbee golf course so it’s one of the shorter courses I’ve played (the White tees only have two holes over 350’, the Red tees are insanely short, but still fun). Baskets are old and rusty but catch fine. White/Blue tee pads are new, but the Red tee pads are in such bad shape I wouldn’t step on some of them (broken boards, rusty nails sticking up). There’s a small fee to get into the park ($5-10), but this includes the beach parking. Nothing better than jumping in the ocean after sweating through a hot round of disc golf!

Love this course tricky but fun

Just a note on some of the recent comments. I am a Park volunteer who helps to maintain the course and as of 2020 all of the White tee boxes have been replaced and signage is available at all the white tee pads indicating direction of play. A map is available at the hole#1 kiosk which can be downloaded to your phone. The course has been much better maintained in the last few years and it has been reflected by the large number of new and returning players. It is true that the baskets could be upgraded....maybe in the next few years...please make sure to keep the course clean.
