Never take your vehicle to this place! This is the worst auto service i have ever experienced. I’m not one to leave bad reviews or complain but I think everyone should know not to go here. I went into this shop at the end of June to get new motor mounts. I couldn’t afford all three so i asked if i could just get the worst one fixed which they agreed and seemed friendly at first. They gave me a quote over the phone, after this is were it went downhill. They then called me a few days later to tell me I needed a new serpentine belt and that they had already replaced it for me, WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST and ‘oh by the way, you now owe almost $100 more.’ First off, I could have replaced that myself and on top of that, I was only getting one mount replaced because I couldn’t afford all three. So I went into the shop to talk to them and re-explain all of this. They then decided to take the belt off because I didn’t need or want it. So at this point, they took the belt off and told me how much I owed ‘without the belt’ which was not the same as the original quote but instead $40-$50 more. The lady tried to tell me that ‘it’s more because she thought it was a different, cheaper mount that had to be fixed but it wasn’t. That’s not my fault that you mis-quoted me but now that she ‘messed up’ I get charged more, doesn’t even make sense. I didn’t know what to do anymore so I just ended up paying for it because I was done with them and wanted to leave. I honestly think that the lady charged me extra for their time since the worker had to put on and take off the belt that I never asked for. Worst experience ever!!

Dan and his wife are awesome. Dan drove from show low to Heber overgaard and another 5 mi back into the woods to where we slid off the road Dan was awesome on recovery no extra damage to the vehicle.he is very well experienced in his field what he does. Would definitely recommend him and use him again. Thank you again

I bring all of my trucks here. Their office staff is very competent and knowledgeable. Their mechanics are fantastic and do great work. They also charge a fair price with a warranty. I am a lifetime customer

I took my truck in for a front brake repair, they ran an unwanted diagnostic charged me for it, wouldnt let me get my truck back until i paid for them to look at it, broke my driverside mirror, i called back and they told me im sorry you feel this way, told them i have proof it wasnt like that before hung up on me , this place i thought would be good i wouldnt recommend this place to anybody BBB was contacted

Highly recommend!!! Our car quit at a gas station as we were traveling from Baja to Indiana. The tow truck driver picked us up at our hotel, then towed the car to their shop where they worked us right in. Turned out to be a battery and they charged us only for the battery--no service charge. Every member of their team was incredibly professional and pleasant making an unpleasant experience almost enjoyable! Not only that but we received a thank you post card in the mail when we got home for our businesses! A true family run business based on good values.
