Big O Tires

Fantastic tires were great. Tires work great on the road and there even Snow rated so I feel looking for snow rated tires. That is where I would go get the big O tires. They are warrentied for 3 years right now.

We were on vacation and had a tire blow. Stopped in at the Show Low location and they took care of us before they officially opened for the day. They were able to repair the tire and get us out within an hour. Dave was amazing!

Do Not go there if your in a hurry!! All I had done was an oil change and mount and balance two new front tires. This took 3 1/2 hours! Someone else I knew there had been there 4 hours just for a set of tires.

Very busy had to make an appointment to just get in and always they do good service a tire rotation and everything I need

I am increasingly frustrated by Big O. Service is slow and they have never called me when they said they were going to. They do not seem to care about the vehicles they work on here and will do the bare minimum for you and will For these curious about the details: Our check engine light has been coming on. We've taken it here 3 times for the same light because they've worked on our car in the past, all 3 times with the car making the same noise. The past couple times, we were told nothing was wrong and charged nothing and sent on our way despite waiting at the store for their entire operating hours. We brought it in this time for the same reason on Saturday and were told the car could not be worked on until Monday (today) and that the car would be taken in first thing Monday morning so I left my number so they could call me. Noon today I called the store myself and was rudely told that they had attempted to call me (I had no missed calls or voicemails) and that they had reset the light and it didn't come back on and I could come get it. I said this happened before and that the light does not come on immediately but after we leave and asked about the noise. They said they had made no note of the noise we asked about, the main reason we brought it in, and that they would have to take it back in despite our 8 am appointment. So, most likely not getting my car back today.
