Chris is very fair. Careful to diagnose thoroughly and only fix what u need. Recommend call him next time u have a tire or repair question

Midway Tire installed 4 tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT about 4 months ago. During the install process, they had damaged one of the wheels on my vehicle. The owner/manager Chris stated that they would have the issue resolved by repairing the wheel or having his insurance handle the claim. I have waited and waited patiently for approximately 4 months and continue to get the runaround from Chris on repairing the wheel. My wheel still has not been repaired or replaced and Chris refuses to return my phone calls. Now I am forced to file a claim against there business to have the matter resolved.nThis is not how a business should treat local customers.

First time using this shop. Very happy with the decision we made to go here. Everything was top notch, from the customer service to the repair itself. Pricing was fair and work was completed quicker than anticipated. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We needed replacement tires while on holiday, and Midway was able to get the tires we needed, in time, and fit us in for to get the tires mounted, balanced, and on the car. I recommend them highly.
