Drive through atm and drive through teller lanes are good. To enter the bank to see a banker you have to make an appointment. The tellers at this branch are not all customer centered. Most are helpful and courteous. A couple of telkeres are not.
When will the bank open the lobby? It took 15 minutes in the drive thru including two cars jumping the queue.nnOther businesses are open with proper precautions. Surely the bank can open too!
Very nosey workers, i was in Wells Fargo for the first time two years ago & the lady had the audacity to ask me where my money came from like it was any of her business. I for one think that's a very personal question and when I refused to answer she asked me again and brought over a manager. Along with that they barely ever answer their phone I've tried calling for days at a time and no answer.
For now they are a 2. If I actually get my appointment tomorrow I'll change my mind. I didnt get an email confirmation or my telephone number taken. We shall see
A friendly staff, drive up window, two ATM’s, and good hours. I have never had a problem.
