Arrived at the bank about 10:30. Waited in the drive through line over an hour and there were many vehicles behind me and it was doubtful they got through before 12:00.nThe following weekend the cars trying to use the drive through were so numerous they had to use the road shoulder to not impede regular traffic.nMy question is who thought and decided that cutting the drive through hours was a great idea and doing away with another local bank’s Saturday drive through hours? Poor customer service.

I've been backing with this branch for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the service of all the wonderful people that work here.
Poor Customer service through the Drive Through. Had container in had with transaction the tell closed the tunnel and wouldn't come back on the screen until it was 5pm to say they were closed. I asked what was I suppose to do with container she commented I don't know we're closed. So I guess those money containers are worth less than finishing a customers transaction
This place was clean, up to date with their decor and Had a friendly staff.
