Fantastic to deal with and were always polite and professional when I had to deal with them. There were a couple times that we went to our unit right before the gates were scheduled to close and the gate keepers were very nice and understanding. They had no problem waiting for us to unload our trailer. Overall i think as long as you pay your bill every month and are polite you won’t have any problems with them. Simple as that. We will be using them again in the future for our storage needs.

Hard to get ahold of. No way to leave a message on the phone. Will not accept any form of payment other than cash, check, money order and then assess fees that were never agreed upon. When you do get ahold of someone try to get a straight answer out of them is next to impossible. This type of business strategies is unethical.

I've used this place many many many years off and on I refuse the storage behind Pizza hut cause it's trashy as it can be easy to break into....... They've always taken care of me until today I will take my money elsewhere.......

Secure and easy

Great place to store my belongings with. The staff is friendly and explained to me the process of payments and late charges. Also received a handout and contract agreement when I rented my unit. The on site security is friendly and helpful. Will rent from them again!
