Twice in one week could not get the pumps to work. My husband started going on when the owner came out to help someone else. My husband said something's wrong with your pumps. The owner said no something's wrong with you. My husband politely told him to have a nice day. We left 2 seconds behind us was the other driver apparently the owner can't even work his own pumps. Never ever again will we go here
Shell is a leader in petrol products. My experience at the Georgetown location is good.. The Giant gas points can be redeemed there. The pumps are in working order , they have a restroom. Shell maintains high standards for individual franchises. Most fuel in Delaware contains a blend of ethanol and gasoline. . Ask for real gasoline. When gasoline is diluted by ethanol your gas mileage and starting ability are ruduced. Ethanol is exceptionally hard on two stroke motorcycles, outboard motors and powered lawn equipment.
When need gas and heading north toward Dover, I have filled up here. There is a gap in gas on 113 ahead
Typical shell station. One restroom. Clean but a little worn. Aisles crowded. Staff was friendly. Coffee not great.
This is my regular stop for gas when passing though Georgetown, DE. The staff is always friendly, and there's usually a good selection of drinks, snacks and hot fresh food on hand.
