Very nice staff and very clean
No loyalty to there customers at all, I just closed all my accounts after being a customer for 17 year and they could care less. If I were you do your self a favor and bank with anyone but them ! I switched to M & T bank and they made it easy and care with follow up phone calls and messages to see how they could help me as a customer. Can’t say that for PNC at all . Your bank should work for you not them make a penny off of you .

Always get some kind of snobby attitude when I go in during the last business hour or dealing with side conversations while being attended. It's just rude.
Horrible customer service. The lady IDA, or iad. Was rude and very unprofessionalnI did call in a report to HEADQUARTERS. NO BIDY IN BANK STEPPED IN. WE HAD SAME ISSUE WITH THIS BRANXH WHEN MY MOM PASSED. My mom didn't just have d a few $$ it was a very healthy amount, and the lady who wrote a check to me today is also not a low balance customer.. I was humiliated n embarrassed... Worst EXPERIENCE EVER. AND IM A FORMER EMPLOYEE.
