Even though my A/C was out for 12 days while you found the $1,300 part, and I am more than happy with the job you did, and the communication along the way; I am very disappointed that your techs did not wear masks while in my home. It seems like such an easy thing to do, and something that might make a customer more satisfied after spending $1,300 for a failed air handler that was just a few days out of warranty.

The owner is unprofessional and rude and acts like he's uneducated. The women in the front office talk about their paying customers like dogs and are very disrespectful. I strongly suggest hiring another company.

Local Knowledgeable and Quick to get the jobs done. These guys are great. Service contracts are affordable and actually cover what it should.

I have found North Star to be a very reliable HVAC service company in Sussex County. I have never been disappointed in their service. I highly recommend!
