Best Aquatic Management take care of Club Ocean Villas 2. The worst ever. They rarely clean the pool and rarely test. The lifeguards do not check tags, clean the pool. It is the worst pool company ever. Go in the water at your own risk!
I first got in contact with Best Aquatic to register for a CPO training class. My class instructor was Bill and he was tremendously knowledgeable and personable. I have many certifications in my work as a maintenance technician but this might have been the most enjoyable. Bill was a absolute great instructor. I can’t speak highly enough of him. After completing my training and getting back to work on Monday we had an emergency break down on one of our boiler/heating units. We didn’t have another on hand and I contacted Ilene at the front desk to see if she could help me cross reference and hunt another unit down. She worked quick and diligently to track me down a unit in my area that I was able to pick up the same day. Their customer service is beyond stellar and I would highly recommend to anybody!!
Paid for a pool operator class and exam only to have the instructor fail to show up twice (once after it was rescheduled). No contact whatsoever from them... I had to call them at the time of the class only for them to tell me the instructor couldn’t make it because of travel reasons once I was already there. Class was also around $300 and a 1 hour drive.
10/26/15nBest Aquatics recently completed an overhaul of our pool at Ocean Place Condo on 145th. St., Ocean City, Md. The job was completed in time for our owners to view it at our annual owners meeting. I think it's fair to say that we were delighted.
