Great class! Friendly instructors and you can’t beat the view.
I have been enjoying Summer Rain Yoga for over two years. I have MS and know that each session has been instrumental in helping me cope with this disease. These classes are perfect for anyone, no matter their ability or skill level. Summer, along with her daughter, Nicolette, are excellent and encouraging instructors providing challenging classes with appropriate modifications to ensure a positive outcome. The beach studio setting cannot be matched! I enthusiastically recommend Summer Rain Yoga!
Peaceful and welcoming yoga flow
This was the best yoga experience I have ever had ❤ufe0f Summer has such a gentle & peaceful approach to her instruction, allowing all levels of yogis to do what their bodies are capable of, all while channeling our inner & outer balance. Plus the beach atmosphere was so peaceful for my soul. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This is an ideal yoga practice experience - Summer is a great teacher with just the right balance of relaxation & movement - plus there's a breeze, the sound of the waves & birds singing - its soul healing
