The manager/owner/whoever is absolutely rude. Has no customer service and will NEVER get any of my business. You're better off spending money on quality surf shops rather than cheap Chinese imported clothing that you can purchase online. Do yourself a favor and support small local owned businesses this is definitely not owned by a local company.
My mother-in-law brought a 75$ quilt to get monogrammed for my son. The initials DKO & a written agreement based on a sketch was signed. Not only was the D backwards, but the monogramming itself was cheap and way out of proportion. When the issue was addressed with the OWNER, she denied any responsibility for ruining the quilt. Wouldn’t cover the cost of the quilt, wouldn’t even CONSIDER refunding the cost for the horrid monogramming job, and told my mother-in-law to take her TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT to settle the dispute. Are you kidding me??! I would give zero stars if it were an option. The owner is rude and aggressively unprofessional. Would highly NOT recommend. Especially considering one of the 5 stars reviews (the only positive review involving her monogramming jobs) is from the owner herself! Hack job & waste of money. Lesson learned.
Must go for all your monogramming needs, souvenirs and beach needs, the best colors and selection of t-shirts and long sleeved shirts anywhere. Plus it's the real true mom and pop, locally owned and operated. You'll live it here and make FINS a part of your vacation memories!!!
Love the style of their clothing......its not the same cheap product found at the big S.S.stores along the strip. The staff seem friendly, although I feel like some guy there is always watching. Lol. I'll return because I like quality over quantity.
Great family run souvenir and fashionable store full of fun for everyone . The owners are my parents and they are very realistic humble people.. with affordable prices and human responses to any discrepancy that could arise with their products they purchase and personalize and then sell to their beloved customers . I’m sorry Frank hadn’t received that kind of service or care but I can assure you the owner would make sure you didn’t feel this way upon leaving that day. Please leave me some way to contact you aside from google reviews if you ever see this Frank so we can make that impression of Fins correct for your years to come and revisit our beach ud83dude01
