I have been going to this gym for over 6- 10 years now!! I just love it!! I take the classes with the 2 Deborah's, one does Silver Sneakers and the other one does step aerobics!! I also have 2 other instructors that I take their classes from, Ian Padilla and Julie, if you want a good, tough, fantastic work out try out these instructor's, they have a great pool too!!
I love the staff and the owner. They are always friendly, helpful and happy to assist with anyone's needs in the gym. I would not workout anywhere else on the Mountain!
Amazing facilities and awesome staff!
Body Works has a lot of machines, tanning beds, cool classes to take, a swimming pool, and racquetball rooms but my only complaint is that the last two times that I went their sauna wasn't working. And since they're open 24 hours, the door's always locked and you have to use a card to get in, so if you're not a member yet, you stand there looking like an idiot trying to figure out how to get inside..
I love this place and the staff, they are amazing community members who are knowledgeable and helpful to members. The prices are very reasonable. The facility has everything I need and is well maintained. Great place!!
