This is our second time using Delaware Storage. The first time we were in between moving from Wilmington to Dewey Beach. It was a great experience dealing with Jane. She is very friendly and helpful. This past year we were consolidating homes and needed their services again. And of course Jane was there to make the transition very smooth. Their storage units are very clean, easy to use and at a great price!
Jane has gone above and beyond, to help us get our unit, she didn't have the size available that we talked about, so she gave me a bigger unit for of the lesser price. At the last minute we needed another unit. Jane had another one,& gave us a 15% discount.nShe also was the only person that call me back, I call severel other storage unit places in Delaware . I would recommend this place.
Their motto, “Secure, Reliable. Convenient.” is only part of the story. Jane is an absolute pleasure to deal with, going out of her way on several occasions to help me. Her communication is top-notch and she is always willing to go the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend her, her staff and the location to meet all of your storage needs. A+++!
I have been utilizing DE Storage for a few years fir both business and personal. Jane and her team offer reasonable and competitive pricing while maintaining a clean facility and friendly service. Call Jane if you have any storage needs. You won’t be sorry you did.
I have been keeping my boat here for approximately 4 months. Safe, secure, and convenient. Knowing boaters fish very early or very late they gave me 24 hour access to my boat. 5 stars!!!
