Always helpful. Always there when you need them. Lots of room to haul your goods in and out. No worries about backing up or moving around. Doors are wide and work great. Well light... Place is absolutely the safest, cleanliest, most state of the art facility I've ever used for my business. I advise all local business owners to look into using Secure Self Storage in Rehoboth Beach!
We called several places to store our furniture. They agreed to match the lowest price. They failed to tell me this price was only good for 4 months. The other place was for the length of storage. Then they raised the price during the Covid 19 lockdown and I was unable to come to Delaware and get my things because Delaware was closed. When I called them they simply said that's what I agreed to, which I did not. They are deceptive and they are dishonest check with other companies before you store here. I will never usenthem again
Barb is a wonderful manager and perfect to work with. She has helped me with many requests over the years. I am on my third unit with Self Storage and they continue to be professional and courteous.
Then staff is very helpful and friendly.nTe facility is easy to access, conveniently located and open 24 hours.nCan't beat it!
