I saw someone else say this but I agree, Gus’ is Rehoboth.nnPerfect beach walk up. It’s a vintage breakfast/lunch diner that is renowned for it’s hamburgers, cheesesteaks, hot dogs, and sausage sandwiches. The burgers in particular are probably the best in the state, and maybe anywhere. They also have great boardwalk fries. The fried chicken there may be good but don’t let the signs fool you into thinking that’s what they’re known for.nnIt is mainly for walk ups but if you go inside you’ll see the original 1956 interior. Some may say it looks like it needs some cleaning but they do keep it clean and this place is not faux vintage. It’s been in operation for 63 years so the interior is simply wearing down and it will look like that until they do a renovation, which I hope never happens. It’s a shame it only has 4.0 stars on google.

Possibly the best fried chicken I've ever had. There is a reason they've been around since 1956. Their food makes you want to come back.

Gus' is Rehoboth Beach. This old time family cafe has been around for many years and seeks to maintain the original feel. Open from breakfast on. They serve excellent beach fries, burgers, and a variety of other dishes.

Great food when I was a kid, great food now. Highly recommend. A must-do when at Rehoboth.
