The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. The chicken coating loses all crispness when it is placed in a plastic bag where it continues to steam. The big disappointment of the night was the French fries. They tasted terribly and were inedible due to the fact that they had been cooked in very old oil. I had to throw them out, a total waste of my almost $5. I cannot in all good conscience recommend them.
The store requires everyone to wear masks to enter which I 100% agree with, but one of the employees was not wearing a mask. This employee was also serving food and is not acceptable during a global pandemic.
So horrible chicken was very burnt tasted like old grease the guy was rude I have pics for proof
Donna watched the person behind deli work alone with 8 orders by herself while smoking cigarettes outside. I was shocked when she ask me, “do you have a problem”? When I looked to see if she would come over and help so we could get going. The person in the deli did a amazing job and did not complain or act like there was a “problem”. I felt very uncomfortable with Donna working at this location. Donna needs to go ASAP! Thank you
WENDY SMITH was SO nasty and provided terrible customer service!!! walked in to purchase gas and a lady was already waiting in front of me I asked the lady sitting in the back (Wendy) if she could help us n she ignored me.. I asked again and she said with the nastiest attitude I’m not on the clock I can’t ! I said well can u find someone who can n she kept on with her smart remarks when we FINALLY did get help I asked for cooperates number and the store # they couldn’t / wouldn’t provide either to me n then Wendy made sure I knew how to spell her name because she kept spelling it out SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROYAL FARMS PROVIDES THEN I RECCOMEND JUST GOING A LITTLE FARTHER DOWN THE STREET TO A CLEAN RESPECTFUL WAWA!!!
