One of the best CVS locations I have been to. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I wish all locations could be like this. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this location.
Was told @230pm a post surgery prescription would be ready in 1-2 hours. The woman said they would call me when it was ready. I called @445, & was told it would be ready in about an hour. I Called again before they closed @8, & it still wasn’t ready.nWhen I went the next morning, 2 employees crawled around on their knees for 10 minutes & couldn’t find it! It was still on the pharmacists desk. He said he left it there because he wanted to speak w/me about an allergy reference he found.nI called 20 minutes later to discuss what I found, & listened to their hold music for 20 minutes before I hung up. I will never spend another dollar isn’t this terrible customer service environment. There are plenty of other drugstores in the area.
Jason, the manager is extremely welcoming and nice! The employees were all helpful and smiling. Customer service here is top notch in my book. I joined their new care pass program, and I think it's great!
TERRIBLE LOCATION!! HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. (You can tell I'm serious because I used all caps.)nI recently switched from Walmart pharmacy because of the long lines, big mistake because atleast at the end of the line you can get what you came for. CVS will robo call the heck out of you, but it seems to be impossible to get a human on the phone.
Doctor just sent in my prescriptions and the pharmacy closed before I could get them. It’s Saturday at 6:05pm. I’m supposed to take medication tonight !! Not wait untiln9am tomorrow morning. Very poor business planning!!
