Marybeth is very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, great selection. I hadn't been there for awhile but she treated me as if I shopped there frequently. Highly recommend....and bring doggy treats for Harry the 4legged meeter greeter
I’ve been having issues with shin splints after running. I was hoping when I walked into the store two weeks ago that I would get a proper fitting for shoes. The person working did not pay much attention to me. Didn’t ask me what my goals were or what I was looking for in shoes other than shin splints. After she gave me a pair of shoes she would walk away and stand at the register. She didn’t watch how I walk or run. I didn’t even get in the treadmill to try out the shoes. She did notice right away that I had flat feet and gave me a shoe for flat feet. I’ve been trying to run in these shoes for 2 weeks and I still get shin splints and they’re so heavy my feet drag. I called to see if I could return them and I was told I cannot.
First time going very friendly, and helpful got new pair of running shoes from there today will be coming more in the future.
Very knowledgeable staff helped me find the best shoe for me in my price range. It was a much better buying experience than online!
Great staff! Traveled in from VA; left my tech shirt in VA and ended up leaving my wallet at the beach hotel during my jaunt to the store. The staff gave me a new tech shirt on good faith so I could continue my run! Of course I came back and paid. I will always stop in during our trips to RB.
