Expensive, rude employees (that were shadowing children as they looked at sunglasses). Tried to return a sweatshirt but they stated they would only take exchanges “because of COVID”. Which makes NO sense because they still end up with the sweatshirt we took home??? If I could give this negative stars, I would. These guys DONT deserve the prime real estate that they have.

I had a very negative experience while shopping here, I felt like I was constantly being watched by all employees and there was an employee always standing over my shoulder, this was quite uncomfortable.I was walking around the store and picked up a shirt that I liked, continued to browse and decided I would think about it and come back later. So I put the shirt back in it’s place and proceeded to leave the store. An employee approached me as I was about to exit and she asked me in a snarky tone of the whereabouts of the shirt, so she could “put it back where it’s supposed to go”, I told her I put it back. She then asked me where I put it and what it looked like, and had to show her that it was in its place. Even after that, she carefully examined the shirt and then proceeded to ask if she could see inside my purse (very small purse I might add). I said “ Go right ahead!”, I held the bag open, and she grabbed it and tried to open it even more. I found this experience to be EXTREMELY offensive and unnecessary, even if there is a shoplifting problem, they should take other precautions, that don’t intimidate and make their customers uncomfortable. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Just came back from Rehoboth and writing this review as promised... , not about clothing but about the manager of the store. I was shopping in this store on the last day of my stay in Rehoboth and the experience was unusually negative. The individual with whom I was dealing, said she was the manager named Sarah, I believe). I have to say that this person surely lacks professionalism and would benefit in some sort of training or class in the customer service. This manager harming the reputation of the store by being plain rude: arguing with a customer and doing so in front of others at the store. Very disrespectful. What a shame..
