Got all the so needed munchies and 24oz cofee for a 3 hour trip back home ud83dudc4dud83cudffe
Out of all Sheetz, Rutters and WaWas I've ever been to, this was the worst of all. Food took forever, order was incomplete, asked for ranch and bbq got 2 packets of hot sauce. Something we ordered wasnt available and they told us but gave no options and walked away rudely when we asked about it almost like we gambled when ordering a salad with roasted chicken and we lost our bet. One guy there was cool and eventually cared enough to put chicken strips on the salad he's why they get one star.
Food is always good and fresh. Great friendly Staff. Cashier Alexander always smiles and goes out of his way to be friendly and pleasant.
The cashiers did not even pay attention to the line of customers and they were all goofing off and not helping any of the customers. I had a horrible experience never will go there again.
Lines are wrapped around the store most times and only 1-2 cashiers.
