This location is awesome. The atmosphere is great for getting work done. The people are nice and friendly, and the service is quick. One time, I ordered a drink and then realized I left something in the car - I immediately went out to get it, then came back to find that my drink was already waiting for me. It was the fastest order I had ever gotten at a Starbucks. Great quality staff, service, atmosphere, and drinks.
I have never been able to get ordering what I want at Starbucks quite right. I like simple coffee. When I explained this to the young man who took my order he was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!
Sometimes you feel they dont listen. Asked for almond milk since I have allergies. Went to work seat down to drink my coffee and start my day and my first sip was a latte with reg milk.
I mean since COVID I can’t really review these shops like I used to. But the coffee was good and they were nice. The lack in 1 star is because there was 6 baristas and I waited to order for about 15 minutes.
I’m only posting because I told the Starbucks employees that I would be giving them a bad review. My suggestion is, don’t go inside for service! I’m assuming the drive-thru must be better, ( can’t be worse). This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. It took 25 minutes to receive my drinks and It made me late for work. Quite frankly, the employees were rude and slow. Skip this Starbucks, get Dunkin!
