We have been staying here for 20+ years and have always been more than pleased. We always feel as if we are coming home when we arrive Rob and his staff are like family they are so friendly and personable. The motel is always clean, neat and inviting. We now bring our adult children & their families for our family vacation to Atlantic Oceanside. When it comes time to get ready to go to Dewey our family is just as excited to come to Atlantic Oceanside as we are to come to Dewey because Atlantic Oceanside has become our family tradition.
I will never stay here again. Completely wasted over $600 at this dump. Head's up to everyone! Don't stay in room 202. The room next door #201 is used by the employees as a hang out room so bring ear plugs. Actually good luck sleeping at all. The combination of street noise, bar music and cars driving are all echoed throughout the entire side of the building. They did give them one star for not having a bible in the room.nn* It should have been common sense not to put anyone in that room when most of the hotel was vacant.
We loved the easy access to the beach every day and the heated pool is wonderful when you’re not at the beach. The motel is dog friendly and the staff is super kind. Really lovey, clean rooms & laundry facilities. We liked it there so much we came home and called to book again for 3 months from now
We stay here annually for the race at Dover Speedway. Always satisfied with the accomodations. Convenient location, excellent staff. There are numerous dining (and drinking) options nearby.
Location location location. Not much else. It's clean but dated and for the $250 a night we could have stayed many other places but a few years to an amazing beach can't be beat.
