Horrible customer service. All lobby’s are closed, waited in drive thru line for 25 min, get to the window at 4:00 and told unable to complete transaction because they close at 4.
Their customer service is THE WORST! Sat on hold for 45 mins. Rep has no clue what I was asking about, typed loudly in my ear asking her boss for answers and ultimately never got ANY help. I will not bank here any more.nPATHETIC!!
Very slow in responding to SwiftnnTransfer from Ireland, bad experience, no excuse given.
Been a part of this bank almost 5 yrs since relocating here. I love the staff we are like family. I dispise some of the monthly account charges the bank charges but I can't leave, the staff is beyond amazing!!! It's worth it to stay because they care and treat me and my family phenomenal! Susan is the best!
Joe was great! I came in to get change and even though my company doesnt use pnc at the rehoboth location he got me my change order and did it with a smile. Great experience! GET THIS MAN A RAISE. He went above and beyond!
