I'm probably the exception after reading of of the reviews before coming here. I expected the worst but actually got decent service. The lady was pleasant with a smile. The Loader was cool too. FCFS shipper though. I got there at 1500 and was out at 1600. You can park here overnight too. Ceva is located in the rear right of the industrial park as you enter.
Would give 0 starts if i could. They don't care about your time and will hold you here as long as they like. Avoid this place at all cost.
I stood at the window for 50 minutes waiting for the person to end their phone call to be told that the load had been double booked.
Do not recommend this place to any trucker.nGirl behind desk has no manners, I went to tell her I arrived for a pick up at 8am and she nastily said come back and see me at 9am.nI was told by the guy that looks over the material handlers that his guys “do not see me as a priority” after waiting 4 hours to get loaded. They also have sign on door saying truckers cannot use the washroom while waiting.
Very nasty check in girl. Very rude.
