I booked and paid Fran a stylist at this shop $300 to construct a lace frontal wig for me. Saying the wig was poorly constructed is an understatement. My appointment was at 9am and he called to change to a later time @10:15a, I text him to let him know that I will be there at 10:30am. I got there at 1030 only to sit for 30 mins before he came out. He had an attitude because I kept insisting to the receptionist that he had to ask him to come to the front since I had a flight to catch. He came out with an attitude because he was coloring a wig in the back. What?! You change my appointment time, have me sit out there while you color a wig? Where's the professionalism. He put the wig on my head which is so obvious I took it off when I got in my car. I missed my flight because I left the shop at 1pm way past the 11:45 he said. I am in new york now waiting to get on a flight tomorrow and took the wig to my hairdresser who was in total shock that I paid so much for something so poor. He destroyed The frontal I gave him. I paid $300 for service that was less than subpar. To think I slighted my hairdresser because this guy was supposedly an expert at wig making. Take your money elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
I booked with Tyaira (@tyairastyledyou) and she laid my hair down lovely! Also, the atmosphere in the shop was nice. You can tell they take professionalism seriously, the music was turnt up, but tasteful. When I'm back in town, I'll definately be going here again!
