Great staff! They are always so helpful, and special shout out to Karen for helping us each time we come in and making each visit a positive one!
Went in to shop for my daughter and seemed as if the reps at the store were more focused on their conversation than a customer willing to buy merchandise. No one said anything even when I was around the counter. I decided not to buy anything so nice there was not a simple greeting nor a request if I needed assistance.
Amazing experience. Customer Friendly store fit all my wants and needs. The manager Stephanie was super nice and made sure I got all the toys I was looking for. For every $10 you spend they will donate a meal to someone in need through the Feeding America network of food banks. Not only that, their customer service is excellent and their store is very cool!
