Lane Bryant

I love the store as I can find nice clothing in plus sizes, but the staff is so hit or miss. Theres some staff that I had great interactions with and there's others that just looked mean. I came in with sweats and a tshirt once with a mini purse-backpack and an older white lady eyed me as if she felt like I couldnt afford anything there. I'll still shop LB cause I like they're clothes for my office job, but I do go in aware that I may get either a good or bad customer service experience.

One of the sales associates is lovely but no one else acknowledges the shoppers. 2 associates wore their mask properly but the cashier had her nose uncovered the whole time, and the way the shields are they do not go across the counter but are just in front of the monitor, so there is no barrier between the associate and the customer- especially without a proper mask.

My visit was pretty good had a very helpful young lady named Shanae, if I remember correctly. Helped with the overwhelming bra selection with somehow underwhelming bra size options. I was there returning a bra because the selections online are just as ridiculous for anyone in the b/c cup range. At some point a middle aged woman by the name of Lisa asked if I was finding everything okay. I'm sure that was a normal response. Found a couple more items on the clearance rack and Lisa asked if she could take my items to free up my hands, excellent! Thank you! Revisited the dressing room with a couple items and proceeded to check out. The return was a hassle because a barcode was torn in unpackaging. After about 10-15 min waiting for Shanae to figure it out on her own she calls over Lisa. Shanae was bubbly and pleasant, even mentioned Lisa's magic touch since it took her 10 seconds to accept my return. I had a coupon sent to me with my original purchase, that acts like kohls cash. It was past it's date but kohls cash has a grace period of 10/11 days I think, so I asked Shanae and mentioned if not it's no big deal. She quickly prompted Lisa and suggested that she could totally offer me that deal still to which Lisa responded that she couldn't. I asked if she could scan the lane bryant bucks just to see if it could work and she told me that lane bryant doesn't have the grace period, they were running a new offer where id receive lane bryant bucks for the purchase I was making. Personally I thought it would have been decent customer service to grant me even a small discount if you couldn't redeem the one that had expired considering between the original purchase and the new on I was spending 150+$ and the fact that I had to wait an u reasonable amount of time to checkout to begin with. I made the exchange and the new purchase of 86$ and did not receive a coupon for lane bryant bucks. Lisa was completely unenjoyable. Her attitude coupled with the extremely high price range and oddly limited selection lane bryant has to offer has reminded me I am totally happy finding my lane bryant items at thrift stores/Gabe's/Marshalls and other stores of the likes.

I love this location. While I do think that Lane Bryant could improve some things on a corporate/style level, the associates in this location are top notch.
