No issues here...they had afternoon oil change appointment times for the next day that worked with my schedule. I showed up, they got to work, and got me out within an hour. They applied the promotional coupon without me having to fish around for the coupon I'd brought along from Food Lion. Convenient times and location. Decent price for synthetic oil change. Nice to my kids (who came along with me). Clean lounge area for waiting.
I talked with. Mangers his name is alvi . I want tires rotation and alignment with balancing. I have a protection plan so first he don't said anything and I told him to I have protection plan. Then he said he didn't have technician. My appointment after 3 week from today. I said make me appointment in December after 6 weeks he said no. He can't make it. Thats location don't hire any technician till December. I don't understand this is new location and he didn't know how to bring customers in. Thanks
Alby went above and beyond to help me, got me in for a oil change at the last minute and ended up telling me what was going on with my car and got it all done with 0% interest for a whole year. Go see alby at the new Ntb location!!! Great team
