This is the worst experience in buying tires in my life. The price of the 4 truck tires couldn’t be beat. However it took 3 weeks to get it installed. I finally got a 2pm appointment only to find another customer had been here since 12 pm and they haven’t even started on the vehicle yet. They have 5 bays and only 1 bay open the rest is used as storage area. How does it take over 3 hours to install tires????☹ufe0fud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21you get what you pay forud83dudc4eud83cudfffud83dudc4eud83cudfffud83dudc4eud83cudfff
Bad service. You probably won't have a problem buying tires, but when you need to go to get a flat tire fixed on the warranty, good luck. I went on Sun January 6 to get a flat tire fixed under the warranty and I was told by the person working in the tire department that they could only take me on Friday, what good is that. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager of the store had a supervisor talking to me instead. Sometimes when buying tires is worth to think about when you need to use the road hazard warranty.

I don't usually give BJ's high marks on anything, however, I do need to give Durrell and his colleague at the tire center the full five stars. They helped me out last weekend by ensuring the tires on my wife's car would make it until today, ordered them, and got the job done when I came back today. Yes, it took a while because they were busy as heck, but the expected weight time was posted, it was close, and the tires were over $400 LESS than the price NTB gave me.
