Quick in and out grab of antifreeze that was on sale. Clean and organized store. Convenient location easy access odd parking lot to be noted. Friendly and helpful staff going out their way to find you your buys and deals.
BEWARE!!! SHADY SHOP! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Took my '99' Acura Integra here for routine oil change and an ECT sensor replacement. Easy fix. Picked it up, ECT sensor wasn't replaced and the car wouldn't turn over right away when cranked. So I told them to look at it. Told me it needed a Fuel Flap replacement and there was no after market. Also told Don (The Supervisor) did not have this problem before and was told there was nothing they could do for me
1 star rating. Dropped my car and key off at 645am. Walked to work about a 10-15 min walk. Worked 7-3pm. Walked back and they didn't even look at my car yet. I set a appointment the day before. Was told to drop the car off early in the am and it will be looked at. Bad customer service. Also found out the sound coming from my car was my wheel bearing. Google helped me more then this shop did.
They didn't take advantage of me, finding I left a dome light on as the reason why my car wouldn't start. Really nice guy at the service desk. I'll definitely return!
The representative was nice and did try. Unfortunately we didn't get to work with them. We had decided to do something different.
