This store manager Hank is a no do good. He won't help change my car battery out even after waiting in line for my turn to be served. He chose to argue with me instead and waste my time. Time he could have used to get the job done. I even told him the signs outside the store says they would do it he still refused. Had to call another store to get my battery replaced. The store has the same amount of staff he had and they took care of business. He kept arguing that he does not have the staff to replace my battery. Had to ask a total stranger to help jump my battery to get to another store to get my battery replaced. So sad.

Had a great experience with the Sales Manager in training. Believe his name was Tim or Tom. Helped me, without asking, put refrigerant in my car in a 100 degree day. Realized the product was a bit defective so he replaced with a better product. Took a lot of time to speak with me too. Best service I've had in a long time. Thank you.

I needed a new battery and Emilio C. was awesome. He took the time to explain the different batteries offered, to make sure we were choosing the correct one for my car, as well as going as far as offering to install it and installing it quickly. This was a great experience. Awesome customer service Emilio!

Best auto zone around. Workers are so nice and helpful. I live in new New Jersey and this was the second time I unfortunately had to come here with a car issue while driving. Both times they helped me with filling fluids and checking out my car so i could get home safely. Store is always clean and well stocked also. Highly recommend this auto zone. They get a A +++++ in my book!

Always helpful & very friendly. They make sure I'm getting the best prices. They've changed my windshield wipers for me in the rain & carried my bags to the car for me because of my back. Always my go to for all my car part needs!
