That no one at their office was answering the phone. Told I have to make an appointment. Told them what has been going on. There was no one in the establishment or parking lot. Told them I only need to make a deposit. Refuse to service me. There is a thing called reasonable accommodations.
I was disappointed when I was caught in traffic just out of work going as fast as I could to make it before 6 and I got there at 5:58 and I knocked and the lady at the front door shook her head at me saying no we’re closed. I proceeded to beg the lady to let me in but she then walked away. I understand that people want to leave work but I just needed to take money out and for her to not let me in since it’s technically before 6 is rude and unprofessional. I am angry at dexsta on not being there for me on my only free time in between my job.
Staff is very professional, patient and kind. I am excited to be a member of Dexsta Federal Credit Union.
Very convenient location for me.
