My sister used a storage unit back in August. Our family was going through a lot, as my mom had just passed away. Holly was very accommodating and understanding during this difficult time. Very straightforward with prices, no BS. Great service. Thank you, Holly!
I came here inquiring about their smallest storage space and was helped out by the manager, Holly. She was very knowledgeable, gave me details of the 5x5 space and even gave me details of the next size up 5x10 space in case I needed more room. She also informed me of all monthly fees and units (like climate control) based on what I’m storing. Very easy to talk to, fair pricing, and efficient service!
I was in a rush and need for storage with a great location. The manager once I came in was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to assist with everything I was looking for. I would highly recommend, very clean and secure location.
Reserved a spot only to get there and told they just sold it out from under me. Then he refers me to another branch that has 3 openings. I go there and the 3 openings were maintenance sheds. Don't waste your time.
Rates are getting jacked up. Holly however was great to deal with. She gave it her best shot to just downsize us to keep our business but we decided with the rates going up the way they were and having some extra garage space we moved out and stored everything in a garage.
