Good thing I read reviews before I called and most importantly rented a storage space. It appears this place rips people off.
What is wrong with this place anyway? All of a sudden they've got someone in there to go over paper work to charge everyone an additional 84$ and say they were behind as well as not send receipts and they keep track of the receipts not the payments because they're going broke? This place needs to be reviewed by the Better Business Bureau and needs to sued or shut down for stealing. I feel sorry for the people who rent here, I doubt their Items are being cared for in anyway shape or form. there's probably too many mice accounted for as well.
Absolutely rude and doesn't know how to run a business. Good luck even getting a unit there. First time I used this place it was a joke, second attempt was a disaster. Never again and I'll make it a point to tell everyone not to use your company.
