First time my hair was cut since February. Candace did an excellent job.nAlso, she was able to dye my granddaughter's waist length hair a gorgeous copper.nExtremely reasonable prices. Booked my next appointment.
I would give this location a 0 if possible. After going to this location for over a decade because of reliable service with stylists that listen, this is not the case anymore. A few months back, I went in to get a trim for my hair that is straight across.The stylist had cut off more on one end than the other which was annoying - I let that go because another stylist fixed it once I noticed. Yesterday, I went in for lightly layered hair and to get bangs. I have hair that falls below my elbow and expressed 4 times how I really want to keep the length. I told the stylist to keep the length every time I saw her cutting more off. Once she was finished, I was shocked and did not expect my hair to be as short as it is now - it sits right above my shoulder. Over six inches were cut off and it is completely unreasonable to have cut off that much when I expressed to keep my length. Very very disappointed and will never come here again.
I have always came to this location because I liked the people who work here. I tried calling to make an appointment because I figured they would be pretty busy as they are just now opening but i Keep getting this “we are closed” message” from an automated voice recording so I figured I drive to the location to see what was up. The sign outside says they are open but no walk in’s permitted. So I see a sign that says to call for an appointment please call this number but the spot where the number is supposed to go is blank and there was no one that can be seen immediately from the door/window....I guess I will be getting my haircut from someplace else, sadly.
I had a guy named Jason trim my hair a couple weeks ago and thought he did a very nice job!
