Retro Fitness

I'll start by saying that I love retro fitness's gyms and business model. This particular location has rude & arrogant employees. They send out mailers with coupons that they don't honor, and will screw you anyway possible. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

So one guy was basically screaming for every rep and the best part....he was doing it shirtless. Did the staff say a word to him? Absolutely not because he is friends with the them. Who cares about the other members right? Thanks Retro staff!nnO and he was lifting and walking around the gym without shoes on. Not just sets of deadlifts and then putting the shoes on to walk around the gym but the entire time without shoes. Really sanitary.

The gym itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. Employees are very kind, respectful and always there to help. People who workout there same thing. Great gym. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional management , clean facility with nice equipment.nA reasonable monthly rate and a pleasant atmosphere.nFor those that body build there is health bar .nWhen equipment does fail repairs are taken care of in a decent time period.nExcellent gym hours and exceptional holiday hours.

As a visitor to this gym it served the purpose I needed it to. I usually go to the bear de retro fitness (so I'm obviously far from home) but my car was getting work done and this was the closest one.nIt's in an interesting spot, it's BEHIND the mall for people unsure of it's location. Without a GPS I would've been driving around a little to find it. I was greeted warmly when walking in and the two ladies at the front were friendly when directing me to the locker room.nThe gym is small... And jam packed with equipment. The equipment appears in good condition.nThe bathroom is nice, it appears they've cleared up their sewer problem with funny signs to make sure it doesn't happen again (I understand this isn't necessarily their fault but the people doing stupid things) The showers were clean, I appreciated the handicapped shower because even they work out so that was nice to see. Some hooks in the shower would be nice to hang up stuff/towel/etc.nThe things I didn't like were because the gym was so packed with equipment, there were practically no space to put a mat down to do on floor exercises. As a back to back with that, the mirrors didn't go completely to the ground. As a person who enjoys working out in front of a mirror to be sure my form is correct, this was a downside to this location.nnOverall the gym is nice, I don't know if I'd like it if it was my closest retro fitness though.
