Outstanding job done by a Target store associates , Starting with Mr. Lee who actually listened to the details of the items I was shopping for' And assisted Me with locating all of the items I needed including making certain of any additional items and there location. And at check out followed up with Me in assisting the cashier in resolving a labeling issues. Wow! team work still exist between co-workers' That Great to see. Nice going Target.
Good selection and pricing. I purchased a portable hard drive online. The product was ready in short order (pun intended) and the staff was great in getting it together. Impressive...
I have to agree with others about this Target location. I do not think customer service is a big concern for the staff or management here. They seem indignant when customers complain or have issues. They are often venting about their personal issues (I think I know more about them than I should just going through the checkout lane) and are inconsistent. Curbside pickup is a complete joke. Some days it's 30mins or less or the pick up and other days it over 4 hrs as stated in the policy. I wish they'd be consistent. Then when you call and ask anything you are met with laughter, hanging up on you, or defensiveness. I spend money here because it's close to my home and usually has what I need. However I've had better experiences with the one in Christiana next to the mall. This store needs a massive overhaul of the staff. Some are friendly but others especially the and demeanors.
Curbside service! They were coming outside as i had just parked. Love the drive up service and app. They know you're coming and so fast.
I love Target! They're always friendly and they always have what I need. The Star-bucks inside is alwys fast and clean too!
