So many choices for the whole family. All the shelves and racks were very neat and clean. All the employees were very friendly especially the manager Alex. I was confused about a few items but she explained everything and solved all my problems. Will definitely shop here again.

Most unorganized Old Navy that I've ever been in! It's not only during the holidays..... it's every time I'm there! Today they're packed with only one cashier! We were all complaining but still they didn't give the one cashier any assistance! I spent more time in line then shopping! The cashier said they are always short on cashiers & I believe her! If You're in a rush or only grabbing something so you're going to be in & out ....... it'll never happen! Plan for at least 20 mins in line. (Just so You know it's a Monday at 10am - never go on a weekend)
The prices were insanely low. The quality of the merchandise was exceptional. The store, however, appeared to be understaffed and there were only two people on the register. They said they had a new computer system and that's what was holding up the line. Going to shop online next time. Could've timed them with a calendar instead of a stop watch.
