Jay worked with me on my goofy time schedule and even delivered my truck back to me at home, washed and detailed.. I rate that alone with a 5 star but the work he performed and also diagnosed was exactly what was causing my truck to stall out and act funny! I'm planning on having him do my yearly inspection too!nnP.s.. Their dog was cool too!!
Excellent service, Jay took his time and went over and showed me everything that was wrong with my car. Very friendly, hospitable, caring, and he drove me back to my house until my car was done. GREAT SERVICE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAY CLARK'S AUTOMOTIVE !!
Jay went above and BEYOND to help me get my car inspected in time before my deadline. He not only took me after hours but when we realized it was going to take longer then expected, gave me a rental to accommodate until I could get my car back. Everyone there was nothing but nice to me. Highly recommend
The worst service I have ever had. I used to live around the corner from his shop. Now I love 25 minutes from there. I made an appointment, left it there all day and at dinner time it wasn’t even touched yet. I was only asking for an inspection! So he told me to come the following day. Already aggravated, but I brought it back anyway. An hour later, my ex calls me up and says, why is your car In my driveway? I had no answer because my ex and I do not speak. Turns out, jay could not get the car done that day either!!!! And without even calling me or some kind of communication, he dropped my car off at my old house!!! I will NEVER come back here and would not recommend this shop to anyone that values their time!!!
