Can't come to this bank and not have an issue, I hate it so badly.
Terrible teller experience . Tried to contact manager. I asked to leave a voice mail, was told that they didn't have that. Really? Left my name and phone number. As of 24 hours, no response. Think I'll find another bank when the checks run out
Dont waste your time.
Went in to get a Cahiers check. The teller stated they were out of Cashiers checks and referred me to Rite-Aid to get a money order. I did not want to have cash on me counting it at RiteAid. No one was able to open the vault to get the checks. At least refer me to another PNC branch. If I ever need teller services again, I will not visit this branch.
Every time I go to this bank it makes me wanna close my account never been in a worse bank in my life go to marsh rd naamans location sucks d***
