This location is average and%. We order from here every Friday, the exact same thing every time. It never fails (about 90% of the time) our order arrives incorrectly. They are really good at NEVER bringing the ranch dressing that we pay extra for. Overall it's 0k
The new general manager works every evening and she is the sweetest. She will make your food over again if it was wrong BEFORE you even get there to pick it up! She’ll let you know about it, and truly wants you to be satisfied. This is the ONLY dominos I go to in New Castle County because of JAIME!!
We get pizza from here after William Penn soccer games, cross country meets, etc. If they ever make a mistake because of being busy or having new hires, they let us know and always correct it as soon as possible. The employees are all super nice and the sports teams at Penn will CONTINUE the tradition of coming here after practice and games :)))
The website said delivery was contactless and I also typed it in notes. The driver handed me the food. He also wasn't wearing a mask. During covid19 this is not acceptable
Great service. Even though there was an issue with one of the pizzas, they quickly made a new one and sent it out to me.
